Delete account
You can delete your SHUUR account yourself, at any time — no permission needed from anyone. This page explains exactly what gets erased and how to do it.
How to delete
- Sign in to SHUUR (in the app or at shuur.uz).
- Open the Settings page.
- At the bottom, under "Security", choose "Delete account".
- Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your access to it.
- Every game you made — drafts, active and closed.
- Materials you uploaded (PDFs, documents, links) and the text extracted from them.
- Student answers, result tables and all reports.
- The game links you shared — they stop opening.
How long it takes
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone — there is no grace period. Residual copies age out of our backups within 30 days.
Before you delete
If you still need your class results, export the reports to CSV first — they cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you can't sign in
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address it was registered with — we will verify you and delete it for you: info@oxforder.uz
